Payment Policy

Thank you for choosing Dental Arts Center as your dental health care provider. We are committed to the success of your dental treatment and want to provide you with the best service available. To help reduce our administrative costs and keep our fees to you as low as possible, we require payments to be made at the time that you (or your family members) receive treatment.

We gladly accept cash, check, credit or debit card at the time of treatment.

DENTAL INSURANCE

We accept most major Dental insurances.  We are providers of Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Altus.  We can submit to most dental plans.  Dental insurance usually does not cover the total cost of your treatment. Based on your plan, we usually can estimate the amount of your portion. When treatment is delivered to you, your portion will be expected at that time. If your insurance company fails to pay within 60 days after we submit the claim, you will be responsible for the full fee. If the account becomes overdue, you will be responsible for the finance charges and the necessary collection fees.

For treatment amounts over $300, please inquire about the possibility of an extended payment plan.

DAC ADVANTAGE

No insurance, no problem.  Our office offers DAC advantage, our exclusive in-house savings plan.  This is membership program which includes 100 % of your preventive care-cleanings, xrays, checkup exam. Payments can be made monthly or pay the year and receive 5% off the total, making it affordable and easy to keep up with your preventive visits to maintain your optimal dental health.  You’ll also receive exclusive benefits on restorative care, like fillings, crowns and implants…even cosmetic dentistry!

FINANCING THROUGH CARE CREDIT
